| Our Policies |
All reservations must be made with a valid credit card. We
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for your convenience. The credit
card will only be used to hold your reservations. Payment arrangements may be made at the
time of check-in. We require a refundable $10 cash deposit for your room key upon
check-in.

Cancellations |
Cancellations prior to 24 Hours are no charge.
Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will be charged full price of scheduled stay.

| Pets |
Pets are welcome at our facility. Out of respect to other
renters, we do have a two pet per room limit. There is an additional charge of $10 per pet
per night and all pets are applicable to the $50 Per Pet Refundable Damage Deposit.
